3/14/18 – Red Flag Warning Today and Freeze Watch Inland Tonight
***Red Flag Warning from Noon through 7 PM Today ***
- Northwesterly winds will strengthen to near 15 mph towards noon as humidity values plunge below critical thresholds.
- These conditions will combine with very low fuel moisture levels to create dangerous fire weather conditions this afternoon region-wide.
***Freeze Watch for all Inland Locations Late Tonight and Early Thursday Morning ***
- Low temperatures will fall to the upper 20s to lower 30s at inland locations during the predawn and early morning hours on Thursday.
- A Freeze Watch will be in effect during the predawn and early morning hours on Thursday for all inland locations throughout southeast Georgia, northeast and north central Florida.
- Widespread frost formation is expected inland, with areas of frost formation forecast for coastal locations.
