Heavy Rainfall and Severe Storm Potential Friday-Friday Night
A widespread rainfall is expected Friday and Friday night with 2 to 3 inches expected with local amounts of 3 to 4 inches. Areal flooding will be possible and thus a flood watch has been issued for all of southeast GA and most areas of northeast FL.
In addition, isolated to scattered severe storms will be possible mainly Friday afternoon and Friday evening. The main threats will be damaging wind gusts to 60 mph and an isolated tornado is possible.
